Parameters
2.6.6. mA Output Mode
Can be set to Manual, or Auto.
2.6.7. Manual Value
Allows you to use a simulated value to test the functioning of the loop.
You can
enter 4 mA, 20 mA, or any other user-defined value within the range.
a) First set mA Output Mode (2.6.6.) to Manual.
b) Enter the desired mA value in mA Output Value.
c) After completing the test, remember to reset mA Output Mode (2.6.6.) to
the previous setting.
Via SIMATIC PDM:
Open the menu Device – Loop Test.
2.6.8. mA Output Value
Allows you to view the simulated value entered to test the functioning of the
loop.
Options Description
Manual User can enter mA value for loop current.
*Auto Loop current will follow measurement value.

Fixed mode can be selected or cancelled only via HART command 6. It cannot be
changed using PDM, AMS, or the HART 375 Communicator.
Read only. Loop current is set to the multidrop level of 4 mA
