Parameters
3.15.1. Total Device Operating Time (TOTAL OP. TIME)
Read only. The amount of time the device has been operating in selected units.
3.15.2. Remaining Device Lifetime (REMAIN. LIFETIME)
Read only. Remaining Lifetimein selected units.
3.15.3. Maintenance Required Limit (MAINT. REQ. LIMIT)
If the Remaining Lifetimeis equal to or less than this limit, the device sets
Maintenance Required.
In SIMATIC PDM, open the menu Device – Maintenance, click on Remaining
Device Lifetime.
a) Modify limit values as required.
b) Enable 3.15.5. Maintenance Alert Activation (ALERT ACTIVATION) .
3.15.4. Maintenance Demanded Limit (MAINT. DEM. LIMIT)
If Remaining Device Lifetime is equal to or less than this limit, a Maintenance
Demanded status is generated.
In SIMATIC PDM, open the menu Device – Maintenance, click on Remaining
Device Lifetime.
a) Modify limit values as required.
b) Select the desired Maintenance Alert Activation option.
3.15.5. Maintenance Alert Activation (ALERT ACTIVATION)
Allows you to enable a maintenance limit.
a) First set the limit values in Maintenance Required Limit (3.15.3.)/
Maintenance Demanded Limit (3.15.4.).
b) Select the desired Maintenance Alert Activation option.
Values
Range: 0 to 20 years
Default: 0.164 years
Values
Range: 0 to 20 years
Default: 0.019 years
Note: To modify this parameter via SIMATIC PDM it must be accessed
via the pull-down menu Device – Maintenance.
