TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Returns
To make sure that the item(s) get quickly pro-
cessed, please follow these simple steps.
1. Call and request an RMA (Returned Mer-
chandise Authorization) number for the mer-
chandise you wish to return. All products must be
returned in an unaltered / unchanged state from
its original condition. Products must be no older
than one year old, or two years old for scales. New
parts returned for credit must be completely un-
altered, and in new condition. Warranty parts will
be inspected to see if failure was caused by misuse
of the part, and possibly deemed not returnable.
2. Include your contact information, and the
problem with the part in a note inside the box.
Please write RMA number on the outside of the
box.
3. Custom parts are not returnable for credit,
but can sometimes be repaired.

deemed necessary without notice. Every eort
has been made to avoid printing errors, in this
catalog and previous versions. We disclaim any

QuickCar Racing Products makes no written,
oral, expressed, or implied statement of warranty
or guarantee on any product sold, other than for
defects in materials or workmanship as stated
previously. QuickCar Racing Products will not
assume liability for personal or property damage
resulting from the use or misuse of any product
we manufacture or sell, whether on the street or
on the race track. Purchase and/or use of these
products implies recognition and acceptance of
this entire warranty and disclaimer by customer.
Warranty
Parts are backed by a full one year warranty
against factory defects in workmanship and ma-
terials. All warranty parts will be inspected upon
arrival for misuse. Scales are backed by a two
year warranty against factory defects in work-
manship and materials. QuickCar Racing Prod-
ucts reserves the right to decline any warranty
items if it appears that the item has failed due to
misuse, or lack of care taken while the product
was in use.
