To Recall a Scene from Disk
Once a scene has been saved, the Windows software can be used to reload that scene from disk
and recall it to a DFR11EQ. To recall a scene:
1. Click on
File
in the main menu bar.
2. Select
Recall Scene...
3. On the
Scene
window, select the desired scene.
4. Click on the OK button.
Copying and Pasting Scenes

It may be desirable to move an existing scene so that it is accessible via the front panel. To do this,
follow these steps:
1. Select the desired scene, either from another onboard scene position or from a disk.
2. Under
Edit
(A) in the Main Menu Bar, select
Copy Scene.
3. Select the new location for the scene by clicking on the appropriate Scene LED (B) in the
Main Control Panel.
4. Under
Edit
(A) in the Main Menu Bar, chose
Paste Scene
. NOTE: This will replace the
existing scene with the copied scene. If you wish to save the existing scene, copy and
paste it into another scene position or save it to disk before pasting in the new scene.
Backup Device and Restore Device
All ten scenes may be saved to a backup file, and then restored later. To backup a set of scenes,
follow these steps:
1. In the main menu, click on
File
.
2. Under
File
, click on
Backup Device
.
3. A window will appear which will allow you to name and describe the scene set. Type in
the desired information and click OK.
The DFR11EQ will then go through each of the ten current scenes and save them, a process
which may take up to two minutes. You may save multiple scene sets to your hard drive or a disk.
To restore a set of scenes which is in a back up file, follow these steps
1. In the main menu, click on
File
.
2. Under
File
, click on
Restore Device
.
3. A window will appear which lists all back up files. Select the appropriate file and click OK.
The DFR11EQ will then restore each scene to the settings saved in the back up file. This process
may take up to two minutes.
