Workgroup Call Manager
Introduction
The Workgroup Call Manager provides users with an all-purpose tool for managing
telephone operations and enables instant productivity. The Workgroup Call Manager
makes every phone a multi-line phone, allowing the user to virtually manage up to a
maximum of 16 calls simultaneously.
The Workgroup Call Manager contains the Agent monitor used by supervisors and the
queue monitor used by supervisors and agents in the workgroup.
This lesson covers the features and functions of the Workgroup Call Manager software.
