Using the ShoreTel Call Manager Features – Student Guide
• Click the Audio tab. The Audio tab appears as shown below.

Recording - Select the device used for recording from the Recording drop-down list.
Playback - Click the device used for playback from the Playback drop-down list.
Use only configured devices – Check if you do not want Soft Phone to use any Windows
preferred audio devices. Select 1 of 3 device types; Headphones, Desktop Speakers, or
Telephone. Click OK.
