Configuring the Call Stack
The call stack size determines the number of calls you can receive before the next call is
treated as busy.
Even when your call stack is full, Call Manager lets you place one more outgoing call to
perform a consultation, or conference, or a transfer.
To configure your call stack size, right-click the ShoreTel icon. A shortcut menu appears.
Click Configure ShoreTel System. The ShoreTel System dialog box appears. Click the
Telephony tab. In the Telephone section, type the stack size in the Select your Call
Stack size box. Click OK to close the dialog box.
Note: Your call stack size cannot exceed the number configured by your System
Administrator. Consult your System Administrator if you need to increase your call stack
size beyond its current limit.
