Changing the Login ID
You can change the Call Manager Login information (user name and server name) in the
ShoreTel System dialog box.
Note: Changes should be made only if directed by your system administrator.
To change the Login information from within Call Manager Right-click the ShoreTel icon.
A shortcut menu appears. Click Configure ShoreTel System. The ShoreTel System
dialog box appears. Click the Login and Passwords tab. Click Change Login Information.
The Login Editor dialog box appears.
Change the user name or server name in the appropriate boxes. Click OK twice to apply
these changes. To change the Login information if you cannot open Call Manager on
your computer, click Start, click Settings, and click Control Panel. Double-click the
ShoreTel System icon. The ShoreTel Dialog box appears.
