Using the ShoreTel Call Manager Features – Student Guide
Greeting - designates the greeting that callers receive when they reach
your voice mail. Each Call Handling Mode can have a different greeting.
Personal Assistant - designates who is called if the caller presses 0 (zero)
when listening to the voice mail greeting. Begin typing the name or
extension of the desired personal assistant, and continue typing until the
correct name and number appear.
Notification - specifies whether notifications are sent to your pager or your
phone when you get a new message. Note: You can set only one
notification device (either your pager or your phone). You use this option
to turn notification on and off.
Find Me - enables
Find Me call handling. You can configure up to two
alternate numbers where callers who reach your voice mail box can try to
find you. Click Edit Find Me to configure this option.
Notes - only seen by the operator when monitoring your extension. Notes
can be used to provide additional information, such as when you will
return.
Click OK twice to close the dialog boxes.
