Call Handling Modes
Call Handling options allows you to manage incoming calls when in a meeting, working
from home, or out of town. Every user on the system has 5 call handling modes
providing a wide array of call forwarding and personal greeting options.
Call Handling Modes are used to provide different options for handling phone calls. Each
mode can have different call forwarding options and different voice mail greetings. For
example, when you are out of the office, you might want your calls forwarded to your cell
phone. When you are in meetings, you might want your calls to be sent to your voice
mail. And if you are on vacation, you might want your calls forwarded to a co-worker.
