Keyboard Transfer:

You can also answer and transfer calls using the function keys. This time-saving feature

is particularly useful for Operators and others who answer and transfer numerous calls.

Note: If you are using an analog phone, you must be in Handsfree Mode to answer a

call using the keyboard.

Press F8 (or Ctrl+A) to answer the call. Press F10 to transfer the call. In the
