To set admission control, determine the expected number of simultaneous intrasite calls for a site and
multiply this number by the bandwidth required for each call for your selected intersite encoding.
When admission control is set this way, calls routing between sites will be blocked if placing the call
would exceed the number of calls supported by the configured bandwidth.
