The following sections describe ShoreTel 120 resource capacity, LED behavior, and connectors. The
ShoreTel 120 is not supported in installations outside the U.S. and Canada. Figure 92 displays the
ShoreTel 120 front plate.
The ShoreTel 120 is often referred to as the ShoreTel 120/24 (SG 120/24).
