The following sections describe ShoreTel 220T1 resource capacity, LED behavior, and connectors.
The ShoreTel 220T1 is not supported in installations outside the U.S. and Canada. Figure 84 displays
the ShoreTel 220T1 front plate.

LED Descriptions
Power LED
The ShoreTel 220T1 has one power LED, which indicates the following:
 On: The switch is operating normally.
 Off: The switch has no power.
 Flashing

2 flashes — The switch failed its internal self-test. This indicates a hardware failure; replace
the unit and submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to ShoreTel, Inc.
