Using the Singapore example: if a trunk access code is 9 and the ShoreTel user with international
calling permission initiates a call to India, the number sequence is as follows:
9 01 91 <telephone number>
As of the current release, six countries use this code function. Table 82 lists the carrier code and
application for the countries that use them.
