System Capacity
The ShoreTel system can scale incrementally up to 20,000 ports (users and trunks) representing 500
ShoreTel voice switches over the entire system. The system is completely nonblocking and can
support 10,000 simultaneous calls at a rate of 100,000 calls per hour depending upon server
configurations.
Table 8 provides a summary of the ShoreTel system capacity.
