3. Run the Import Public Contacts Windows Batch File. The status of the procedure is shown in the
example in Figure 55. The contacts are imported from the Public Folder on your Microsoft
Exchange Server and uploaded to the ShoreTel System Directory for use by ShoreTel system
users.
