You can click Quick Search to find a specific entity. In the resulting field, enter an entity name.
Entities with the specified name are shown at the top of the associated list.
3. Click OK.
4. Define the template date range by clicking a Date field in the Parameters window. In the Date
window, specify the From and To dates:
 Now Minus Days — Period of past days relative to the current day.
 Now Minus Months — Period of past months relative to the current month.
Refer to Hints for Using a Relative Monthly Date Range on page 34 for help using this option.
 Specific — A specific from and/or to date.
 Advanced — If you have defined a Specific date range and want the template to be based on
noncontinuous dates within the date range, click this button. In the Date Ranges window,
define date ranges for the template:
 Date Ranges — Click if you want to use specific dates for the date ranges. Use the Add,
Insert, Delete, and Sort buttons to list the various date ranges in the Date Ranges area of
the window.
 Specific Days — Click if you want to base the date ranges on days of the week. Select
the specific days.
5. Click OK.
6. Identify the template time range by clicking a Time field in the Parameters window. In the Time
window, specify the From and To time:
 Now Minus — Period of past time relative to the current time.
 Specific — A specific start and/or end time.
 Advanced — If you have defined a Specific time range and want the template to be based a
noncontinuous time within the time range, click this button. In the Time Ranges window, define
time ranges for the template:
 Add — Click to add additional time ranges.
 Delete — Click to delete the selected time range.
7. If applicable, identify the template interval by clicking on the Interval field in the Parameters
window. In the Interval window, specify the interval and then click OK.
8. Click OK in the Parameters window.
