If your server is not listed in the drop-down menu, click Servers to add the server to the list.
Starting Wallboard Director
1. From the Windows desktop, click Start > All Programs > ShoreTel > ShoreWare Contact
Center Supervisor > ShoreWare Wallboard Director.
If the Wallboard Director icon is on your desktop, or in the Windows Start menu, you can click this
icon to start Wallboard Director.
2. In the ShoreTel Contact Center Logon window, specify User, Password, Extension, and Server,
and then click Login.

If not all of the fields listed in this step are visible, click More to expand the Contact Center Login
