When using the ShoreTel application server as a PBX, set up the Digit Translation Table
in the following way:
To create a digit translation table:
Step 1 Click New and the Digit Translation page appears as shown in
Figure 2-6 Digit Translation Page and Entry Dialog Box
Step 2
Enter a name for the translation table and click Save.
Step 3 Click New to add a translation rule in the Entry Dialog Box.
Step 4 Click Save to save the rule.
System Extensions
The page is divided into five areas—Voice Mail, Account Codes, AMIS, Auto-
Attendant and Make Me Conference—in which you configure the ShoreTel 6.1 system
extensions. To invoke the Systems Extensions edit page (shown in Figure 2-7), click
the System Extensions link under System Parameters in the navigation frame.
