Configuring Off-Net External Assignment
To assign your extension to an off net location, follow the procedure below:
Step 1 Launch Personal Call Manager (PCM) on the client machine.
Step 2 Click on the File menu to display and select External Assignment, as
shown below.

When you select External Assignment, a pop-up window similar to the
one shown below appears.
