3. In the Server field, type the fully qualified domain name or IP address of the NTP server. The
name or IP address can be up to 64 alphanumeric characters. No special characters except
periods (.) are allowed.
4. In the Version list, select the version of NTP to be used:
4—Version 4 (default value)
3—Version 3
5. To activate the NTP server, select the Enabled check box. If you want to use this server as an
NTP server, make sure you select this check box, in addition to enabling NTP, as described in
“Enabling NTP” on page 14.
6. To save your changes, click Apply. The NTP page displays.
Modifying NTP Servers
To modify an NTP server:
1. In the Administration Portal, select Configuration > System > Date and Time > NTP. The NTP
page displays.
2. Select the NTP server you want to modify.
3. To modify an NTP server, click Modify.
4. Make changes as necessary. You cannot change the name of the NTP server. For information
about changing properties of an NTP server, see “Adding NTP Servers” on page 14.
5. To save your changes, click Apply. The NTP page displays.
Deleting NTP Servers
To delete an NTP server:
1. In the Administration Portal, select Configuration > System > Date and Time > NTP. The NTP
page displays.
2. Select the NTP server that you want to delete. Click Delete. The NTP server is deleted.
