Starting and Stopping Mobility Router Services
If you need to contact ShoreTel Technical Support, you might be asked to restart one or more Mobility
Router services.
To start or stop a Mobility Router service:
1. Select Maintenance > Start/Stop Services. On the Start/Stop Services page, the services and
status (running or stopped) are listed. Next to the service status are Start and Stop buttons, which
you can use to start and stop a service, respectively.
2. Find the service that you want to change, and do one of the following:
 Click Start to start the service.
 Click Stop to stop the service.
3. Repeat Step step 2 for each service that you want to start or stop.
WARNING!
Do not restart any Mobility Router services unless directed to do so by Technical Support.
