Configuring Voice Settings
Voice settings are established to allow the Mobility Router to communicate with an enterprise IP-PBX.
You must add an IP-PBX on the Mobility Router so that the Mobility Router can communicate with the
PBX. You must also specify access numbers, which are phone numbers that allow users to make and
receive calls on their mobile devices while using the ShoreTel Mobility Client.
This chapter contains the following sections:

Managing Access Numbers
Access Numbers are a collection of numbers used by the Mobility Router to provide identifiers and
access to various services on the Mobility Router. Multiple sets of Access Numbers can optionally be
defined on a per country basis if required. Access Numbers are needed to support the following
services on the Mobility Router:
Handover between Wi-Fi and cellular networks
Enterprise dialing while operating on the cellular network
Enterprise voice mail access while on the cellular network
Reverse dial services
