Step 5
Enter a name for the user in the First Name and Last Name fields.
Step 6 In the License Type drop-down menu, click on the arrow-button and
select Mailbox-Only. The user is located on the legacy system and thus,
he or she does not require a ShoreTel extension.
Step 7 In the User Group drop-down menu, click on the arrow-button and
find and select the name of the user group you just created.
Step 8 Click the Save button to store your changes.
