Setting Up the User Group in ShoreWare Director
Follow these steps to set up a user group for those users who will have their voice mail
re-directed to the legacy voice mail system.
To set up the user group:
Step 1 Open ShoreWare Director.
Step 2 From the navigation frame, click Users and then User Groups.
Step 3 Select an existing user group or create a new user group.
Step 4 Change the Simplified Message Desk Interface Mode option to
ShoreTel as PBX by selecting this setting from the drop-down menu.
Step 5 Click Save.
