Usage
Users access the hotline circuit from Call Manager or ShorePhones through programmable
buttons.
Hotlines calls are presented as normal voice calls to users that have not assigned a button
for that hotline.
Refer to the ShoreTel Administrator Guide for information about programmable buttons.
Feature Limitations
Hotline is subject to the following limitations:
• Hotline program button cannot be configured on button box.
• If the hotline call recipient does not have accept intercom permissions, then the hotline
call will be offered as normal call.
