Operating Systems
ShoreWare 9.1 server software is supported on the following operating systems:
• Windows Server 2003 SP2 (Standard or Enterprise)
ShoreWare Version 9.1 is not supported on Windows 2003 SP1
• Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition, 32-bit (Standard or Enterprise)
• Windows Server 2008 (Standard or Enterprise)
ShoreWare is supported only on 32-bit operating systems. There is no 64-bit support.
Server Hardware Requirements
Table 1 displays the minimum recommended configuration for servers running ShoreWare Main Server
software. Sound card, speakers, and microphone are recommended for all configurations.
Table 2 displays the minimum recommended configuration for servers running ShoreWare Distributed
Server software.
