Creating and Editing Call Handling Rules
Personalized Call Handling Rules are created or edited from the Options and Preferences:
Personalized Call Handling panel, as shown in Figure 58.
To create a Call Handling Rule:
Step 1 Press the New Rule button, located at the top of the panel.
Call Manager displays the Personalized Call Handling Setup panel, as shown in
Figure 59.
