Using Voicemail Logging Off

 To remove deleted messages, press 8, then press 1 to confirm or # to cancel.
 To access additional options, press 9, then choose one of the following:

To enable or disable Outlook-automated call handling, press 1.

To change e-mail delivery options, press 2, then choose one of the following:

To disable e-mail delivery, press 1.

To enable e-mail delivery, press 2.

To enable e-mail delivery with voice message attached, press 3.

To mark voice messages heard after e-mail delivery, press 8.

To change agent state, press 3, then choose one of the following:

To log in and assign extension, press 1.

To log out, press 2.

To log in without assigning extension, press 3.

To change the Find Me forwarding state, press 5, then choose 1 for enable or 2 for disable.
By enabling Find Me, callers who are routed to your voice mail box can be instructed to press
1 and the voicemail system will call you at one of two possible numbers where you can be
located. To set the Find Me destinations, ask your system administrator or use Web Access.

To return to the previous menu, press *.
 To cancel current operation, press *.
Logging Off
To log off, press 8.
Returning to the Auto-Attendant
To return to the auto-attendant, press 9.
Transferring to Assistant
To Transfer to the Assistant, press 0.
Listening to Mailbox Status
To listen to mailbox status, press #. Select this option to hear the number of unheard messages.
