Outlook panel parameters include:
• Contact Import: These parameters control the importing of Outlook contacts.
— Import contacts from Outlook: Selecting this option programs ShoreTel
Communicator to import Outlook contacts when ShoreTel Communicator is
opened. Press the Import Options button to configure the following:
Z Disk Cache Options permit the storage of Outlook Contacts in your computer
storage, making them available immediately upon opening ShoreTel
Communicator.
Z Import Configuration options specify the Outlook Contact folder from where
ShoreTel Communicator import contacts.
— Open Outlook contacts when calls arrive: When this option is selected, the
Outlook Contacts panel becomes active when you receive a call from an Outlook
contact.
