Configuring Permission Settings
To configure the Office Anywhere feature, the system administrator must first give the
end user permission to use the feature by following the procedure below:
Step 1 Launch ShoreWare Director and enter the user ID and password.
Step 2 Click on the Administration link to expand the list (if it has not
already been expanded).
Step 3 Click on the User Groups link.
Step 4 Create a new user group for the Office Anywhere users, or click on the
name of an existing user group (in which all members will have access
to Office Anywhere).
Step 5 For the COS - Telephony field, click on the Go to this Class of Service
link to display the following window:
