Ring Voltage Status of the Ring Voltage, with the following states:
• OK
• Failed
• Unknown
Switches: 24, 12, 8
D-Channel (PRI only) States: In Service, Out of Service, Unknown
Commands: Reset, Put in service, Put out of service,
Put out of service when idle
