Setting Call Control Options

To create a new pickup group and associate it with an extension list:
Step 1 With ShoreWare Director still open, click on the Call Control link.
Step 2 Click on the Pickup Groups link to display a window similar to the one
shown below:

Click the New button to display a window similar to the one shown
below:

Enter a name for the new Pickup Group in the Name field.
Step 5 The Extension field will auto-populate.
Step 6 Click on the Switch drop-down menu and select the appropriate switch
for this group. You should select the switch that is physically closest to
the members of the group.
Step 7 Click the Extension List drop-down menu and select the extension list
that you just created in the previous task.
Step 8 Click Save to store your changes.
