B.1.3 Start Before:
1. You need to tap the phone icon in the system tray twice.
2. It opens a GPRS power control window.
3. You need to select Enable GSM/GPRS and tap the OK button.
4. Thereafter you might need to input a PIN code and tap the OK button if you have
setting the PIN code.
