Fill in the RTP payload type value of iLBC codec. The range of
this value is 96-127. Default is 98.
Speex payload type
Fill in the RTP payload type value of Speex codec. The range of
this value is 96-127. Default is 110.
Message service
number
Fill in the voice message service number.

Enable/disable PRACK (100rel, RFC3262) support.
