Common problems and solutions
Common problems and solutions：
1. The display screen is black and there is no display.
1) Please check that the device is connected to the power supply;
2) Please check the main board indicator.
2. The advertising machine has images but no sound
1) Check the audio cable is inserted into the PC audio output interface.
2) Check whether the audio cable is loose.
3) Whether the remote control is set to mute or adjust the volume too low.
4) Check whether the speaker wire interface of the driver board is loose.
If there is no problem, it may be caused by damaged speakers. Advertising machine needs to replace the speaker.
3. Advertising machine has sound but no image
1) Please check the connection of the video signal cable, whether there will be an image display in the remote
control operation.
2) Please check whether the signal source selection is correct.
If there is no problem with the above, it may be caused by damage to the driver board. The advertising machine
needs to replace the driver board.
4. The remote control cannot be operated
1) Please check whether the remote control has batteries installed.
2) Please check whether the remote control is aimed at the remote control sensor.
3) Please check the connection between the remote control sensor and the driver board.
If there is no problem with the above inspection, it may be caused by damage to the remote control sensor or
damage to the driver board.
