02 佩戴

Wearing

将手表佩戴至距腕骨约一指处，调整腕带松紧，以确保心率传感器能够正常采集

数据。

Wear your watch one finger from the wrist bone and adjust the strap tightness to ensure the heart

rate sensor collects data properly.

Note:

手表佩戴得松可能影响心率监测数据。

Too loose wearing may affect the accuracy of heart rate monitoring data.

Please match the charging pins of the charging cable to the watch's charging port until the watch screen shows the recharging reminder. 1.

调整表带 Strap adjustment 根据手腕周长自行调整表扣的位置，使表带和手表贴合手腕。 Adjust the watch buckle according to your wrist to ensure the strap and watch cling to your wrist. 拆卸和安装表带 Strap disassembly and assembly 1、拔动表带弹簧扣，提起表带将其取出。 1. Pull the buckle of the strap and lift the strap to remove it. 2、将表带一侧插入表耳中，拔动表带弹簧扣，另一侧对准表耳并释放表带弹簧扣，听到“咔嗒”一声，表带已安装。2. Insert one side of the strap into the lugs, pull the buckle of the strap, align the other side with the lugs and release the buckle, then the strap is fitted with a click.
