FCCComplianceNotice

Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:

(1) Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and

(2) thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesired

operation.

Anychangesormodificationsnot

expresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliancecouldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperatethe

equipment.

ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.These

limitsaredesignedto

providereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesand

canradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradio

communications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurina

particularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmful

interferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedetermined byturning theequipment offandon,theuserisencouragedto

tryto correcttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthe

followingmeasures:

ͲReorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

ͲIncreasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.

ͲConnecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.

ͲConsultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.

SAR tests are

 conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the devicetransmitting at its highest certified

power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR isdeterminedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactual

SARlevelofthe

GHYLFHwhileoperatingcanbewellbelowthemaximumvalue.

Beforeanewdeviceisaavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbetestedandcertifiedtotheFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimit

establishedbytheFCC,Testsforeachdeviceareperformedinpositions

andlocationsasrequiredbytheFCC.Forbodywornoperation,thisdevicehas

beentestedandmeetstheFCCRFexposureguidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignatedforthisproductorwhenusedwithan accessorythat

Containsnometalandthatpositionsthehandsetaminimumof1cm

fromthebody.

NonͲcompliancewiththeaboverestrictionsmayresultinviolationofRFexposureguidelines.
