The LCD display is “CHA” when charging.

Stimulation
Your remote trainer has 10 levels of intensity, so you can find the
best level for your dog’s temperament and the type of training. You
may also select either vibration or shock stimulation, depending on
your dog’s temperament and your training purpose.
You may press “ ” or “ “buttons to select suitable shock
or vibration level, then press the “ ” button for up to 8 seconds
continuous vibration depending on how long you hold the button for,
or press “ ” button for shock stimulation for up to 8 seconds
depending on how long you hold the button for.
