can be attached as high as needed; however,
make sure the Boundary Width is set at a high
enough range for the pet to receive the signal.
The Boundary Wire can also be placed above
the ground inside a conduit for protection.
Important: If attaching the boundary Wire to an
existing fence the fence cannot be made of solid
metal sheeting as this will interfere with the
signal emitted from the transmitter box.
VII. Place the Boundary Flags:
The Boundary Flags are visual reminders for
your pet, teaching him where the Warning
Zone is located. Hold the Receiver Collar at
your pet’s neck height and slowly walk
towards to the Warning Zone until the
Receiver Collar vibrates. Immediately when
you hear the vibration, place a Warning Flag in
the ground and then walk back into the Pet
Area until the vibrating stops. Repeat this
