This section lets you configure, update, and maintain the
correct time on the internal system clock. You can eitherselectto
set the time and date manually or automatically obtain the GMT
timefromInternet.NotethattheGMTtimeisobtainedonlywhen
Deviceisconnectedto Internet.Youcanalsoconfig
urethesystem
timemanually.
¾ Internet time servers: Time and date will be updated
automaticallyfromInternetifenabled.
¾ Sync Interval: Specify a time length for device to update its
timeanddateinfofromInternetperiodically.Thedefaultis2
hours.
¾ TimeZone:Selectyourcurrenttimezone.
¾ Copy Your PC's Time: Click it to copy your PC’s time to the
device.
Note:Configuredtime and date info lose
swhen the device is
disconnected from power supply. However, it will be updated
automatically when the device reconnects to Internet. To activate
time‐based features (e.g. firewall), the time anddate info sh
all be
setcorrectlyfirst,eithermanuallyorautomatically.
