PPTP Server: Enter the IP address or PPTP Server domain name
User Name: Enter your PPTP user name
Password: Input your PPTP password
Address Mode: Static mode and Dynamic mode.
Select Dynamic mode to get IP automatically.
If you select Static mode, you need to manually set the IP address,
Subnet Mask, Default Gateway.
