When the function is on, it can only call the Mobile Phone
number or Mobile Phone number start by the fixed dial number.
Note: it needs you to input PIN2 code to open or close this
function. You can get the PIN2 code from service supplier. If the
fixed dial is on, the Mobile Phonebook only show the number of
fixed dial.
