LimitedWarranty
This manufacturer's product warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser of the product.
Neither the retailer nor any other company involved in the sale or promot ion of this product is a co‐
warrantorofthismanufacturerwarranty.
WARRANTY DURATION: All materials and workmanship are warranted to theoriginal consumer
purchaserfor aperiodofninety(90)daysfromtheoriginalpurchasedate.
WARRANTYCOVERAGE:Thisproductiswarrantedagainstdefectivematerialsorworkmanship.This
warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use,
misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, repairs by unauthorized personnel
or other
causesnotarisingoutofdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Thiswarrantyiseffectiveonlyifthe
product is purchased and operated in USA, and does not extend to any units which have been
usedinviolationofwritteninstructionsfurnishedbymanufacturerortounitswhichhavebeen
altered
ormodified or,to damaged products or parts thereofwhich have had the serial numberremoved,
altered,defacedorrenderedille gible.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no
representativeorpersonisauthorizedtoassumefo rmanufactureranyotherliabilityin
connectionwith
the sale of our products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure under any theo ry of tort,
contractor commerciallaw including but not limited to, negligence, gross negligence, strict liability,
breachofwarrantyandbreac hofcontract.UndernocircumstanceswillManufacturer’s/Distributor’s
maximumliabilityexceed
theretailvalueoftheproduct.
WARRANTYPERFORMANCE:Duringtheabove90daywarrantyperiod,aproductwithadefectwillbe
eitherrepair edorreplacedwithareconditionedcomparablemodel(atmanufacturer'soption).The
repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the 90 day
warranty
periodandanadd itionalone‐monthperiod.Nochargewillbeapplicablefo rsuchrepairorrep lacem ent.
