Product operation
After installing the battery, the device will beep (B) after full display, and start to work.
(1) PROBE ( To choose different probe )
Press the PROBE button to select probe 1, probe 2, probe 3 or probe 4 in turn. After selecting, the
corresponding numbers of PROBE 1/2/3/4 on the screen will flash, and then you can start to select meat
and taste.
(2) MEAT ( To choose meat )
Press the MEAT button to select BEEF, LAMB, VEAL, PORK, HAMBURGER, FISH, TURKEY,
CHICKEN (eight different meats), and custom alarm temperature function.
(3) TASTE ( To choose taste )
After selecting meat, press TASTE to select different maturity, WELL, M-WELL, MEDIUM, M-RARE,
RARE. The corresponding temperature points are as follows:
