Smoke and smoke safety
When you laser engrave, visible or invisible aerosols (generally referred to as "fumes and
gases") are produced. Fumes and gases are carbon monoxide or other chemical gases that are
produced depending on the material being laser engraved. Usually the fan module of the print
head can blow away some of the fumes and gases, but there will still be some unpleasant odors
left behind when engraving.
