General
Time & date Set the clock of the phone (see "Set
clock" on page 9 and "Display local
and international clocks" on page
9).
Auto update of date and time:
Update the time and date of your
phone according to the signals sent
by the network. (dependent on the
network).
Languages Select a language for your phone.
Display Wallpaper: Select an image as the
wall paper of your phone. You can
select either a default wallpaper or
one of your pictures stored in My
files.
Themes: Define the theme for your
phone.
Screen saver: Settings > Status: Turn
the screen saver on, off, or display
the time.
Settings > Waiting: Set the
time span in idle mode before a
screen saver appears.
Select: Select
an image as the screen saver.
Backlight level:
Select the brightness
of backlight.
Backlight duration:
Select the
duration of backlight.
Show date and time:
Select whether
to show date and time on the idle
screen. To show time in a clock or
digits, see "Display local and
international clocks" on page 9.
Greeting text:
Select whether to
show greetings when your phone is
turned on.
