Dual mode
SIM cards Change your current settings of
SIM card slots:
Set Slot 1/ Slot 2
• Set the phone number and name
for your SIM cards;
• Select a ringtone and message
alert to help you identify from
which SIM card a call or message
comes;
The ringtones for your SIM cards
can be replaced by the ringtone
you select for a contact, if there
is an incoming call from such a
contact. See "Add a contact to
Smart Phonebook" on page 24
and "Group contacts on the
Smart Phonebook" on page 25.
• Tu r n Active mode on or off to
select whether to receive calls
or messages from a SIM card.
Primary SIM
By default, the primary SIM card is
the one inserted on Slot 1. You use
the services available on the
primary SIM card by default.
• Press < or > to select Slot 1 or
Slot 2 as your primary SIM card.
Press , to confirm.
By default, different wallpaper
and theme have been set for the
primary SIM card. To change
the settings, select your desired
primary SIM card, and go to
Settings > General > Display.
Ask when
power on
Select whether to show the slot
setup screen each time you turn on
the phone.
