Getting connected by a Bluetooth
device

Go to Bluetooth
>
Settings:
Visibility: Turn it on to make your phone
visible to other Bluetooth devices
My name: your phone name to be identified
by other Bluetooth devices. Press
L to edit it.
Authentication: Turn it on if a password
(0000 by default) is required to
accept the connection request.
FTP settings
or BIP settings: file folder to receive files
shared with other Bluetooth device.
Access right: When sending files via the
Bluetooth, define the access right here.

Go to Bluetooth

Power. Press L if
necessary, to turn on the bluetooth
function.
The connection is made when you receive and
accept the connection request (enter the
password 0000 if necessary).
Other Bluetooth connections
Your phone can also be connected to a
Bluetooth earphone or the Bluetooth-enabled
in-car handfree telephone system.
For a Bluetooth earphone, select Bluetooth
>
Settings
>
Audio path
>
Forward to BT headset.
Also, consult the user documentation of the
Bluetooth earphone.
For the in-car handfree telephone system, select
Bluetooth
>
Settings
>
Remote SIM mode. Turn on
the mode. When the mode is on, other
Bluetooth functions of your phone is
deactivated.
If you do not use the Bluetooth feature for some
time, you should deactivate it in order to
conserve battery power.
